Accountability Coaching

I offer personalised accountability coaching as I believe this can be one of the main barriers to achieving success. This means regular check-ins to make sure you're staying on track with the goals we have discussed. We will take the time to celebrate your wins, work through any struggles you may be having, and re-evaluate whenever necessary.

This can be a weekly/monthly catch up, or a simple daily text reminder to get things done.

Whatever you need, we can work out a plan together to make sure you're getting the best support.

How Can We Support You?

ADHD Support

In my role as a life coach working with individuals with ADHD, my approach is tailored to address the unique challenges associated with the disorder. Recognising that individuals with ADHD may experience difficulties initiating tasks and executive dysfunction, I implement strategies such as body-doubling, creating a supportive environment that aids focus and productivity. We will work closely to break down tasks into manageable steps, developing practical and structured plans to navigate these challenges. Individuals with ADHD may experience heightened emotional responses, so I help clients develop coping mechanisms to navigate these emptions constructively.

I create an understanding and non-judgemental space, recognising that the neurodiversity associated with ADHD brings its own individual strengths, my aim is to support clients in achieving their personal and professional goals, cultivating a sense of empowerment and wellbeing in their lives.

Implementing a structured system of accountability and incorporating regular check-ins, our sessions will serve as a valuable opportunity for reflection. Through open and honest communication, I will create a supportive environment where you feel both motivated and responsible for your progress.
